Guidelines for Submitting Corporate Capabilities Materials



Artwork:
Two or three digital images (TIF, JPG or EPS, 300 DPI, RGB) of sites, personnel, production lines, company executives or any other appropriate imagery.

Company Logo:
TIF or EPS file at 300 dpi, to run 7” wide.

Screen Shot of your Website (optional):
TIF or EPS file at 300 dpi, to run 3.5” wide.

Contact Info:
  • Street address
  • City, state, zip, country
  • Telephone, toll-free and fax numbers
  • E-mail of appropriate contact
  • Company web address

Vital Statistics:
  • The year your company was founded
  • number of employees
  • approximate annual revenues
  • key personnel and job titles (include international contacts)

Who We Are:
This section contains a company description, covering your offerings, general history, and recent corporate activities. (100 words or less)

Major Markets:
This section describes geographical regions and business sectors your company serves. (80 words or less)

Services Offered:*
This section describes the particular services and expertise your company provides. (100 words or less)

* Note: If you choose to list your Services Offered, rather than write in paragraph form, then your word count must be lower.
