Chuck Shea has been appointed executive vice president of inVentiv Health Commercial. Mr. Shea will lead the company’s outsourced sales solutions businesses including inVentiv Health Selling Solutions and Selling Accelerators, which offer flexible staffing and multi-channel marketing and sales solutions to a wide range of clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostic, long-term care, and pharmacy and managed care industries.

Mr. Shea has more than 25 years of experience building and operating profitable healthcare, business services and outsourcing companies. He served as chief operating officer at Cross Country Travcorps, a healthcare staffing firm, where under his leadership, the company’s bottom line increased by 35%. He also served as board director of Logisticare, a healthcare transportation management company, where he worked with the chief executive officer and board to significantly increase annual revenues. In addition, he served as executive vice president at Sodexo USA, a provider of outsourced management services to hospitals, schools and nursing homes.
