Mark E. Rezac, PE has been appointed director of Compliance Consulting at Integrated Project Services, Inc. (IPS). Mr. Rezac has 30 years of senior-level management experience with cGMP, commissioning and qualification of global biomanufacturing facilities. Mr. Rezac is Sigma Black Belt certified and has expertise identifying, defining and improving project execution for vaccine, biotechnology, pharmaceutical and research facilities. For the last 27 years, he established and implemented quality and compliance programs, led cross-functional teams, and improved business and manufacturing operations for Merck & Co., Inc.
