Partnership’s success evolves in support of Chiesi pipeline

Selvita, a drug discovery provider based in Poland, has extended its chemistry research collaboration with Chiesi Farmaceutici in Italy. The companies entered a fee-for-service chemical synthesis collaboration in 2011, which became an FTE-based alliance in 2012-2013, following the successful completion of several projects. The collaboration supports Chiesi’s drug discovery and development pipeline focused on respiratory, cardiovascular and special care disorders.

“We are very proud to be working for such renowned and innovative company as Chiesi. Chiesi projects always involve novel, challenging chemistry and they let us demonstrate the full potential of Selvita’s chemistry team, our broad knowledge, experience and skills.” said Dr. Miroslawa Zydron, director of Contract Chemistry Department at Selvita.
