Gerhard Schubert, IPS Launch Schubert Pharma

To offer cross-disciplinary packaging consulting services

Gerhard Schubert GmbH and IPS-International Packaging Systems are combining their pharmaceutical packaging services and have launched the Schubert Pharma team offering cross-disciplinary consulting. The team, which will include 20 pharmaceutical experts from sales, purchasing, project management, validation and service, will work as Schubert Pharma at IPS. They will provide packaging solutions for the pharma industry from primary packaging through to the pallet and finished product.
Schubert brings expertise in flexible TLM packaging machines and IPS offers project management experience. Schubert Pharma's portfolio includes engineering consulting services, project management for systems and line optimization for existing packaging lines. As part of the engineering consulting services, track and trace solutions are developed and implemented to customers´ specific requirements. Schubert Pharma also designs system solutions for future product lines and volume capacities. Additionally, the team evaluates the performance and process capability of existing machine technologies, and produces budget and target figures to support companies with approval processes.
