Herendeen to oversee ERP implementation to complete full separation from Pfizer

Paul Herendeen has been appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer at Zoetis, Inc. Mr. Herendeen has served in chief financial officer roles for the past 16 years at companies including Warner Chilcott and MedPointe.

Mr. Herendeen will oversee the company’s finance and IT organizations and will serve on the Zoetis executive team, reporting to chief executive officer Juan Ramón Alaix. He will be responsible for the financial management, planning and operations, and will oversee the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system based on SAP to complete the company’s full separation from Pfizer.
