Tekni-Plex Acquires Tech-Seal

Expands technologies for closure liner and seal manufacturing

Tekni-Plex, Inc. has acquired the assets of Tech-Seal Products, Inc., a manufacturer of closure liners and innerseals for food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and industrial applications at its manufacturing facility in Triadelphia, WV. Tech-Seal will retain its name and run as a division of Tekni-Plex.
The combination of Tech-Seal and Tekni-Plex expands technical capabilities for new product offerings. The combined company’s primary product lines include conventional primary liners, foam based liners, heat induction liners and inner seals, conventional seals and pressure sensitive adhesive inner seals.
