ClinTec Expands Executive Leadership

Simon to serve as CMO & EVP Client Relations

Dr. Harley Simon has been appointed chief medical officer and executive vice president of Client Relations at ClinTec International. Dr. Simon has almost 20 years of experience in Clinical Medicine and Clinical Research. Dr. Simon previously served as executive director of Clinical Research at Merck and spent 14 years there in management positions. Dr. Simon will report to ClinTec’s founder and chief executive officer, Dr. Rabinder Buttar.
Dr. Simon will be responsible for leading and generating ClinTec’s strategic partnerships with pharma and biopharma clients for global outsourcing and global functional outsourcing programs.
