Averica Discovery, an analytical development contract research organization (CRO) with specialized expertise in small molecule analysis and purification, has named Cynthia Berger vice president of operations.

In her new role, Dr. Berger will directly report to chief executive officer Jeff Kiplinger and is expected to contribute broadly to Averica's growth and development.

“We are excited to welcome Cindy, who will provide significant insight and guidance to our growth as an analytical development company,” said Dr. Kiplinger. “Cindy will be exploring new ways to expand our capabilities and enhance the value we bring to clients. She will also oversee the standardization of many of our processes as we move toward ISO 17025 certification and add GMP analytical capabilities.
