Colin Coffua has been named vice president, Strategic Accounts at Cryoport and John Phillips was named executive director, Consulting Services.
Mr. Coffua has 37 years of experience in pharmaceutical related sales and marketing. He will drive sales efforts for Cryoport's key strategic account initiatives including key biopharma companies and CROs. Mr. Coffua joins the company from inVentiv Health, Inc. where he served as senior vice president, Strategic Accounts in the Clinical Division for the past eight years. In this position, he was responsible for the development and execution of inVentiv Health's global clinical development sales and strategy, and executive relationships for pharmaceutical clients.

Mr. Phillips will work to establish Cryoport's Temperature Controlled Logistics Consulting Division, assisting life sciences partners in devising and implementing strategies for global logistics tailored to their individual needs. Mr. Phillips has more than 30 years of experience in sales and development of technology services, with his primary expertise in the consulting and outsourcing services marketplace. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Phillips was with Windstream Communications, where he was responsible for the leadership, strategic direction and management of Windstream's Enterprise Managed Services.
