Lysa Triantafillou and Matt Healy have joined Rho as director of quality assurance and vice president, clinical operations, respectively, at its headquarters in Chapel Hill, NC. Ms. Triantafillou brings expertise in the clinical research industry with more than 20 years of experience, including 15 years leading regulatory compliance and quality assurance. Mr. Healy brings more than 22 years of clinical research experience with specializations in CNS, gastroenterology, hepatology and oncology.
Ms. Triantafillou will provide technical expertise and solutions to both internal and external customers and will be responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships throughout Rho. She most recently served as director, regulatory and quality management systems at Social & Scientific Systems, Inc. In her previous roles she has led a top independent IRB through the AAHRPP re- accreditation process and served as the head of the Human Research Protection Program.
As vice president, clinical operations, Mr. Healy will lead a growing team of clinical research professionals and uphold Rho’s standards of practice. Most recently, he worked for Premier Research in Charlotte, NC. He has 22 years of experience with site coordination and management, clinical monitoring, clinical team management, clinical operations management, and leadership of the clinical management department.
