Patheon has closed its Carolina facility in Puerto Rico. The facility will undergo certain transitional activities for the next few weeks to ensure compliant closure, however no further products will be manufactured, packaged or shipped from the facility. As the company disclosed in previous statements, severance and other closure costs are expected to be approximately $3.0 million.
