Tony Moult has been appointed general manager of Bilcare GCS (Europe) Ltd. Mr. Moult brings more than 30 years of experience in the area of clinical trial supplies and processes, having worked with research-based pharmaceutical companies and service providers.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Moult worked as senior director of clinical trial supplies for UCB in Belgium, where he was integral in technical projects associated with upcoming new product launches.

He also served as a founding member of the team that created the first transatlantic clinical trial supplies provider at Almedica (now Aptuit) at Deeside in Europe in 1995, where he was responsible for quality assurance and operations, prior to developing and implementing software systems for all of Almedica's sites.
