Ray Russo has been appointed vice president, Primary Care Business Unit, at Shionogi Pharma, Inc. Mr. Russo reports to Joe Ciaffoni, executive vice president and chief commercial officer.

In his new position, he is responsible for setting the vision and strategy for the business, delivering top and bottom line results, “inspiring and empowering” the Primary Care team, and working cross-functionally with key groups to ensure the long-term success of the Primary Care business unit’s sales and operations.
