Garth Simpson, Ph.D. has been named head of Brecon Pharmaceuticals' team of clinical and commercial project managers. His role is "to create a more advanced client interface," according to a Brecon statement.

Dr. Simpson has nearly seven years experience as a senior account manager and project manager in pharmaceutical outsourcing. Prior to joining the industry, he worked for two years studying fuel cell technology, and spent 14 years in the chemical sector, looking at surface coating and adhesives.

"I was attracted to Brecon because it is a forward-thinking company which has made steady investments in the future of clinical trials and commercial packaging outsourcing," said Dr. Simpson. "Brecon constantly looks to grow its business and I am delighted to join the customer services team at a time of such growth.
