Christopher L. Gaenzle has been appointed general counsel at INC Research. Mr. Gaenzle will be part of the executive team and will report to chief executive officer James Ogle.
 
Mr. Gaenzle will be responsible for the company’s overall global legal strategy, including contract negotiations, regulatory issues, strategic acquisitions, customer projects and intellectual property matters. He will provide global leadership for INC Research’s legal Resources , including management of the in-house legal department and outside counsel relationships.

Prior to joining the company, Mr. Gaenzle was assistant general counsel at Pfizer. His experience also includes serving as a partner at Hunton and Williams.
