Terry Ladd, MA, MBA has joined SNBL USA as a senior director of business development, responsible for the business development operations for Eastern Canada and the New England region of the U.S. He has more than 20 years of business development experience in the preclinical field, and has held senior management positions at Calvert Laboratories, Inc., MDS Pharma Services, Inc. and SkeleTech, Inc.

Kirk Randall has been appointed director of business development and will focus business development strategy and execution in the Midwestern U.S. Mr. Randall also has more than 20 years industry experience in the preclinical and pharmaceutical fields. He has held similar positions at Viacor-IBT Laboratories, MPI Research, LLC and Ortho Biotech, Inc.

Amanda Grewal has been named business development manager targeting business development efforts in the San Francisco Bay and surrounding areas. She has more than 10 years of business development experience and a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Ms. Grewal has held various business development at SGS, Charles River, AJ Process and Chiron.
