Amanda Wohlleber has been appointed vice president of scale up and technical services at Tris Pharma. Also, Rajul Parikh has been promoted to the position of vice president of operations
Ms. Wohlleber has more than 20 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing and tech service experience. She has worked on a multitude of dosage forms from metered-dose inhalers, nasal products, solid dosage, oral liquid, topical and suppositories. She began her career in manufacturing at Armstrong Pharmaceuticals and held senior level positions at three different generic companies in validation, tech service, and quality assurance.
"With our continued growth and expansion of manufacturing, we had been looking for a seasoned technical leader to facilitate a seamless transition from R&D to manufacturing," said Ketan Mehta, president and chief executive officer of Tris Pharma. "Amanda is a versatile pharmaceutical professional steep in manufacturing and quality areas and fills a crucial gap in our technology offering."
Mr. Parikh has successfully managed and supervised all aspects of the company’s growth during the past seven years. He will continue managing all manufacturing, packaging, facilities, and engineering activities.
