Quture International, Inc. and its operations subsidiary Quture, Inc. have formed a second subsidiary, Quture Euro, LLC, based in Florida. The company is currently negotiating to conduct a proof of concept for its QualOptima product in hospitals in Portugal. This second subsidiary was established for the marketing and sales campaign in Europe for its products and services.
