Bayer HealthCare has entered a long-term strategic partnership with Covance for clinical drug development, including R&D services related to Phase II to IV clinical trials and central lab services. Bayer plans to leverage Covance’s range of experience and services to enhance operational delivery, efficiency and quality, while also delivering financial benefits to both companies.
