Maxxam Analytics has acquired Becquerel Laboratories based in Mississauga, ON. Becquerel provides highly specialized radiological testing and neutron activation testing services. Maxxam does not plan to make any staffing or location changes for Becquerel. Financial terms were not disclosed.
