Dave Holly has been named senior project manager, IVR/IWR Services at Bilcare Global Clinical Supplies. He  will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of Bilcare's Core IVR/IWR system as product manager and expanding the Bilcare IVR/IWR service offering.

Mr. Holly has more than 20 years of experience in providing eClinical technologies to the pharmaceutical industries. His previous experience and achievements include leading the IVR/IWR product development team at BioClinica, SAS reporting and statistics at Centocor, senior director Clinical IT at Octagon, and cofounder of Provenda Biometrics, which provided eClinical Subject diary services using handheld computers and IVR/IWR, and was sold to Phase Forward in March 2001.
