Sarajane Mackenzie has been appointed senior vice president of Human Resources at PharmaNet/i3, inVentiv Health’s clinical segment. Ms. Mackenzie will lead the global HR function, including talent engagement, human resources operations, total rewards, and professional development. Ms. Mackenzie will be based in Princeton, NJ.
 
Ms. Mackenzie has more than 30 years of experience in HR in the pharmaceutical, technology, consumer healthcare, and life sciences industries. Previously, Ms. Mackenzie served as vice president, HR for Tata Consultancy Services. Earlier in her career, Ms. Mackenzie held positions of increasing responsibility at Johnson & Johnson and Novo Nordisk, where she directed international HR activities.
