Jamil Hantash, MSc, M.B.A., has been appointed director of Immunochemistry Operations at PharmaNet/i3’s Princeton, NJ, bioanalytical lab. Mr. Hantash will manage lab operations related to macromolecule analysis and will report to Dr. Chris Beaver, director of Immunochemistry and Cell Biology.
Mr. Hantash has extensive operational and scientific experience in large molecule bioanalysis. For the last 12 years, he served in senior lab management positions at leading CROs.
“We are excited to have Jamil on board,” said Dr. George Scott, vice president, Bioanalysis. “Jamil has extensive knowledge and experience in large molecule bioanalysis, and his addition to our team reflects our strong commitment to building best-in-class capabilities in biotherapeutic quantitation. The continued expansion of our immunochemistry services complements our growth plans in small molecule bioanalysis at the Princeton site, while further enhancing our scientific capability in both large and small molecule modalities at our Princeton and Quebec City facilities.”
