Robert Volk has been named director of manufacturing and Stephen Kuhns has been appointed national sales manager at NewAge. Mr. Volk is a mechanical engineer with considerable experience in thermoplastic injection molding, product development and team management. Mr. Kuhns is returning to the company having served in inside and outside sales positions, as well as management, from 1983-1995.
 
Mr. Volk’s responsibilities include manufacturing process development and improvement, new product manufacturing, and overseeing the thermoset and thermoplastic manufacturing teams. He will also work closely with the company’s Quality team, helping to ensure and maintain the quality of products, specifically those from its AdvantaPure high purity line. 
 
Mr. Kuhns is responsible for growing the industrial sector and providing an increased field presence for both industrial and clean application industries. He will focus on expanding business, strengthening its distribution network, and researching new business opportunities. Mr. Kuhns is familiar with the product line, giving him and the company a distinct advantage with new and improved product line.
