IPS Appoints Bigelow to Board

Bigelow joins Lavin as external member

IPS-Integrated Project Services has appointed two new members to its board of directors, Peter T. Bigelow and Cliff Lavin. Mr. Bigelow is the chief executive officer of xCell Strategic Consulting, a global strategic development and operations improvement solutions firm. He previously served as president for North America Commercial Operations at Patheon and also held the position of interim chief executive officer at the company. Prior to joining Patheon, Mr. Bigelow held leadership roles with increasing responsibilities for global operations with Wyeth.
