Jacqueline Lemke has been named president and chief executive officer of BASi, and will continue her role as the company’s chief financial officer. Ms. Lemke also has been appointed to the board of directors. She has served as interim president and chief executive officer since July 2012.
Ms. Lemke has more than 20 years of experience in critical financial reporting and management positions. Prior to joining the company, she was vice president of finance and global chief financial officer of Remy, Inc., a $900 million division of Remy International. Earlier she served as vice president of finance and global chief financial officer of Connected Home Solutions at Motorola, Inc., and was a strategic planning director of the Global Invista division at DuPont.

The Board recognizes her many significant accomplishments in spearheading our restructuring, reducing costs, and developing a strategy for renewed growth.
