Suzhou, Amerigen Appoint Chief Ops Officer

Andrews brings 30 years of experience

Suzhou Pharma Services and Amerigen Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a generic pharmaceutical company, have appointed Bret Andrews chief operations officer for their cGMP development and manufacturing facility in Suzhou, China.
 
Mr. Andrews previously served as the plant manager and played a key role in the successful GMP FDA audit of the facility in 2010. During this time, Mr. Andrews provided oversight in the implementation of U.S. quality standards, facility and engineering upgrades, development of procedures, as well as the establishment of a multinational team.
 
Mr. Andrews has 30 years of pharmaceutical experience in manufacturing, engineering, plant management and critical facilities operations. He has held positions at Alcon Laboratories, Novartis and Nestle.
