Vindon Ireland Expands Storage Ops

March 19, 2013

Increases capacity to 350m³

Vindon Scientific (Ireland) Ltd. is investing in its IMB-certified, GMP-compliant stability storage facility at Tramore, County Waterford, increasing capacity to 350m³. This will allow Vindon to offer stability storage, freezer storage and -80° C Ultra-low temperature storage, as well as provide technical solutions to pharma and biopharma R&D professionals.

Vindon Scientific integrates the science and business of pharmaceutical and biopharma controlled environmental storage by developing and manufacturing its own equipment for its stability storage suites. Vindon’s investment in its Waterford facility is in response to increased demand for pharma and biopharma storage services. The new facility is scheduled for completion by mid-2013. Vindon Scientific (USA) Inc. also provides logistics support from its CA base and has operations in Atlanta, GA.

These investments are an investment in our partnership with both our Ireland and U.S. customers," said Patrick Jackson, Vindon business development director. "The expansion has broadened our operational base in both countries and underscores our dedication to retaining our global reputation."
