A printed and folded insert pre-applied into paperboard cartons eliminates the need to add the leaflet separately on the packaging line.   A window on the carton makes the inserts visible for electronic scanning and quality assurance inspection. Cartons are supplied as blanks, which are then opened and filled as before.   The carton / insert combo streamlines inventory and significantly reduces manufacturing costs by increasing line speeds and lowering downtime.
