Creative Collaboration
Our blistering equipment includes machinery from manufacturers such as Uhlmann, Klöckner and CAM and features in-line vision inspection and in-line printing. Our equipment and packaging lines are regularly upgraded: recently, Reed-Lane introduced two Uhlmann UPS4 blister lines with in-line cartoning which expanded our overall blistering capacity by 40%.

Reed-Lane’s dedicated Carton Serialization Suite, featuring Optel Group’s TrackSafe™ system, is the perfect solution for serializing cartons packed with blisters. The line can serialize from the unit level through full pallet aggregation.
