GVK Biosciences has signed a long-term agreement with Drug Development Solutions (DDS) to provide clinical data management services for clinical studies. GVK may receive more than $2 million during a three-year period for services provided.

Under the terms of agreement, GVK will provide database design and validation, statistical programming and analysis that is expected to extend to pharmacokinetic analysis, medical reporting and writing.

G.V. Sanjay Reddy, chief executive officer of GVK, commented, “DDS’s decision to sign this agreement with us is a significant endorsement of our clinical data management capabilities. The top pharmaceutical companies globally are outsourcing programs in these areas to India, and over the next couple of years, a substantial percentage of our revenue is expected to come from Clinical Research.”
