Preston Wright has been appointed senior director of quality at Pharma Tech Industries (PTI). Mr. Wright will direct all aspects of the company’s corporate quality system, including quality assurance, quality control and quality operations at its two contract manufacturing plants in Royston, GA and Union, MO.

Mr. Wright’s responsibilities will include designing and executing quality policies and procedures, as well as implementing quality improvement plans for the manufacture and packaging of Rx, OTC, medical device, cosmetic and consumer disposables. He has more than 35 years of experience and has held quality services director positions at Morton Group Pharmaceuticals and ANI Pharmaceuticals, as well as an associate director of quality services role with Elan.
