Novartis 2Q 2Q Revenues: $11.7 billion (+11%) 2Q Earnings: $2.4 billion (+19%) YTD Revenues: $23.8 billion (+18%) YTD Earnings: $5.4 billion (+29%) Comments: Recently launched products generated sales of $2.4 billion, 21% of total sales, including A(H1N1) pandemic vaccines. Pharmaceuticals revenue was $7.7 billion, up 8%. Vaccines and Diagnostics sales were $0.6 billion, up 135%, which included $0.2 billion of A(H1N1) pandemic vaccine sales. Sandoz sales were $2.0 billion, up 13%, attributed to new product launches and the contribution of EBEWE Pharma.
