BioStorage Technologies, Inc. has promoted Anna O’Nan to director of finance and accounting and Elizabeth Kozman to associate director of strategic and commercial development. Ms. O’Nan will oversee financial statement preparation and reporting, banking and cash management, budgeting and forecasting, costing and other finance-related activity.

Ms. O’Nan has been with the company for more than three years. Prior to joining BioStorage Technologies, she spent 10 years in progressive managerial finance roles at companies including Arthur Andersen, Ford Motor Company, Hertz and Payton LLC. She is a certified public accountant.

Ms. Kozman has more than five years of experience in business development with entrepreneurial companies and investments with venture capital firms. Ms. Kozman will lead the newly created strategic and commercial development department in identifying growth strategies and new business initiatives. She will also oversee partnerships and alliances for joint service offerings and subcontractor relationships.
