Bill Truhe has been appointed pharmacovigilance solutions leader for Quintiles, responsible for building a drug safety consulting service practice.

Bill Truhe has been appointed pharmacovigilance solutions leader for Quintiles, responsible for building a drug safety consulting service practice. Mr. Truhe has experience in a variety of functional areas having worked both in and for the pharmaceutical industry. Most recently, he was vice president, Safety Data Management and Quality Systems at Johnson and Johnson, and a board member of the Benefit Risk Management (BRM) function at J&J.

Charles Hardcastle has joined the consulting group of Quintiles Europe as director of commercial strategy, based in Bracknell, UK.In this role, Mr. Hardcastle will work with pharma and biotech clients on market entry strategy, brand diagnostics, promotional optimization and marketing process improvement.He previously worked at GlaxoWellcome and Roche for 19 years, where he led the global launch of a major CNS product, and also coordinated the UK national launch activities for a biologic in rheumatology.

Suzanne Holter has been appointed change management practice leader for the Consulting group. In this role, she will build a change management service to help clients effect smooth business transformations. Ms. Holter has experience in strategy articulation, leadership alignment, organization design, communications planning, and workforce transition. In the course of her career, Ms. Holter has worked on numerous merger integration, process transformation, and organization restructuring projects for Fortune 500 companies.Prior to joining Quintiles, she was a leader in BearingPoint’s Human Capital and Strategic Change practice, and also consulted for Arthur Andersen.
