VWR has acquired Integra Companies, Inc., and STI Components, Inc., expanding its portfolio of products for bioprocessing single-use system integration. Financial terms were not disclosed.  
 
Integra provides single use connectivity solutions including tubing, hoses and gaskets for high-purity environments, and supplies a range of products to the biopharma, food processing, and microelectronic industries in the Northeast U.S. Headquartered in Devens, MA, Integra is ISO9001 Certified and operates two ISO Class 7 clean rooms.
 
STI provides high-purity fluid handling components and custom engineered solutions for the biopharma, food processing, and microelectronic industries in the Southeast U.S. STI is based in Morrisville, NC and is ISO9001:2008 certified and operates a certified ISO Class 7 clean room, manufacturing and assembly area.
