Stephan Kutzer, Ph.D. has been appointed chief executive officer of AAIPharma Services Corp. and Cambridge Major Laboratories, Inc. (CML), effective August 1st.
 
Dr. Kutzer joins the company from Lonza, Inc., where he served as chief operating officer of Lonza, Inc., part of the Lonza Group. Since 2003, he has also served as chief operating officer and/or president of several Lonza divisions, including Pharma Biotech, Custom Manufacturing, Biopharmaceuticals and Performance Chemicals. Previously, he served as site director and vice president of operations of Lonza’s Bayport, TX facilities, and was director of process improvement at Lonza Guangzhou Ltd. in China.
