Vladimir (Vlad) Spehar has joined Jones Contract Packaging Services (CPS) in the newly created role of director, Strategic Business Development. The expansion of the company’s Business Development team follows a recent and significant investment in this division, now operating out of a brand-new facility. Mr. Spehar will contribute to the company’s continued growth by further increasing its foothold in the Canadian and U.S. markets. Jones CPS specializes in blister packaging for solid dose products and pouching of liquids, creams, tablets, gel caps and powders, as well as secondary packaging and kitting.
 
Joining Jones from WellSpring Pharmaceutical Canada, Mr. Spehar brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including a solid background in business development and relationship management, contract negotiation and clinical project management.
