Dr. Neil McCullough has been named executive vice president of Quality and Compliance and Corporate Training at ICON plc. In this role, he will provide strategic direction for quality management, quality assurance and corporate training across all ICON lines of business.

Dr. McCullough brings more than 22 years of experience leading global quality functions for pharma companies and CROs. Prior to ICON, he led the global quality and compliance division of PPD, and previously spent nine years at Pfizer as a member of the Pfizer Global Medical Quality Assurance Leadership team. Prior to Pfizer, Dr. McCullough served as a quality consultant to GlaxoSmithKline’s division of manufacturing.
