Telerx has acquired Sentrx Safety Solutions, a provider of pharmacovigilance outsourcing services, expanding its pharma/healthcare business unit. Telerx will retain Sentrx’s approximately 100 employees and executive leadership team.

Fairmount partners introduced the two companies and advised both of them under separate deal terms.
