Drug development is a highly collaborative enterprise. The manufacture of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) for clinical trials and commercial products has taken the collaboration to a new level. It requires bringing together many disparate partners with different skill sets and expertise in different geographical locations. Meanwhile, each partner has to successfully manage their own complex process. The successes of ADC manufacture hinges on building and maintaining an integrated supply chain through collaboration. This session will bring together the elements of developing, managing, and maintaining this integrated supply chain and focus on process development, manufacturing/tech transfer, and product supply related aspects. Collaboration between the sponsors with each of these CMOs and between these CMOs is key to assurance of supply surety.
