UPM Pharmaceuticals has purchased and qualified a Q20 Auto MDSC (Differential Scanning Calorimeter) and a Q50 TGA (Thermogravimetric Analyzer) by TA Instruments. The equipment enhances the company’s pre-formulation studies, and also supports analytical testing of challenging formulations, including poorly soluble compounds.
