Elite Pharma Signs API Supply Pact

Elite Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has entered an agreement for the next year with its sole supplier of the API for its Phentermine product lines, which include Phentermine HCl tablets 37.5 mg. and Phentermine HCl capsules 15 mg. and 30 mg. A previous supply limitation has been resolved and the purchase orders now in place will allow the company to obtain adequate amounts of API to supply both the Phentermine tablet and Phentermine capsule product, which is scheduled to launch.
