Uwe Harbauer has been appointed senior vice president, Business Unit Pharma at Bosch Packaging Technology in Crailsheim, Germany, effective January 1, 2013. He replaces Wolfgang Szczerba, who will retire after 34 years at the company.
 
Walter Häcki succeeds Mr. Harbauer as senior vice president of Packaging Services in Beringen, Switzerland. Mr. Harbauer joined Bosch Packaging Technology in 2000. He has extensive experience as head of sales of the Pharma business unit, and as senior vice president in charge of customer service.
 
Mr. Häcki previously was responsible for Bosch Packaging Technology’s Chinese locations in Hangzhou (Zhejiang province) and Chengdu (Sichuan province). Chee Kiang Kang succeeds Mr. Häcki in China. Mr. Kang worked as site manager in Singapore and has gained experience as a product manager in Germany in preparation for his new functions in China.
