Unicep, a contract packaging company based in Sandpoint, ID, has new ownership. Current president Marcus Anderson and chief financial officer Clint Marshall have purchased the company from its founder, Dr. John Snedden.
 
Both Mr. Anderson and Mr. Marshall joined the executive management team five years ago with plans to purchase the company. Mr. Marshall began his career as an auditor with Coopers and Lybrand before moving to Telect, Inc. to prepare the company for an IPO. Mr. Anderson has more than 20 years of management experience in production and manufacturing. Previously, he served as director of global operations for Telect, Inc. where he managed plants in the U.S., Mexico, Poland and China.
