Stan Matthews has been appointed vice president of business development at CCS (Compression Components & Service). Mr. Matthews will be responsible for broadening CCS’ customer base for tablet press machines, spare parts, and ADAMUS HT tablet press tooling. He will also contribute to the sales efforts of Index Encapsulation (a sister company of CCS) capsule fillers.  
 
Mr. Matthews has 22 years of experience including serving as vice president of sales for IMA Active, where he oversaw the sales of solid dose lines (tablet presses and encapsulation equipment) as well as spare parts and service. Prior to IMA, he worked for Fette for two years and Stokes for 10 years. Mr. Matthews is an active member of ISPE and AAPS professional groups.
