PCI Pharma Services has acquired Millmount Healthcare, a pharmaceutical and healthcare contract packaging services provider, located near Dublin, Ireland.
 
Millmount offers blister packaging, bottling and tub filling, as well as expertise in late stage customization and Cold Chain packaging services. The company has also recently opened a new, high potent, high containment packaging facility. Millmount is also licensed to support clinical trial medicines. With the addition of Millmount, PCI now has 18 facilities across North America and Europe, and employs more than 3,200 associates.

The acquisition adds a presence in Ireland and marks the company’s fourth strategic acquisition outside of the U.S.
