VWR, a global provider of lab products and services, has acquired Purification Technologies Inc. (PTI), a specialty solvent company that performs high volume purification of selected high purity solvents. The acquisition expands VWR’s lab and production chemical manufacturing portfolio to better support its lab and biopharma manufacturing customers. Financial details were not disclosed.
