Revenues up 2% in the quarter

West 4Q Revenues: $349.8 million (+2%) 4Q Earnings: $31.4 million (+33%) FY Revenues: $1.4 billion (+4%) FY Earnings: $127.1 million (+13%) Comments: Pharmaceutical Packaging Systems sales were $247.1 million in the quarter, up 2%. High-value packaging component sales grew 12% at constant currency, led by Westar ready-to-sterilize and ready-to-use components, as well as Daikyo products. Pharmaceutical Delivery Systems revenue was up 1% to $103.0 million in the quarter. Excluding prior-year sales and currency impacts, sales grew 6%, led by pre-commercial sales of SmartDose wearable injectors, and increased contract manufacturing revenues and proprietary reconstitution product sales.
